In 2010,chlamydia & gonorrhea case rates among 15-24 year olds in SC were higher than national rates.SC averages 91 cases of chlamydia or gonorrhea reported among youth &/or young adults daily

Providers develop services for and provide them to the youth of our state. Through SAASH, we can work together and ensure our youth have access to effective programs that address their sexual health.

Decision Makers determine the policies and practices related to adolescent sexual health. SAASH provides current and accurate information to ensure decisions that positively impact the health and well-being of our youth.
